    We founded Benefits Unlimited Consulting and am a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist currently compliant, which is a formal recognition of the ongoing, career-long professional development that CEBS graduates maintain to best serve their plan participants, employers and other stakeholders.  


    Licensed in the province of Alberta, we products and services from a wide range of providers and insurers. We are not employed by any insurer and do not have any ownership interests in any insurance company. We  work on a commission basis when clients appoint us as their Advisor of Record (AoR) or on a fee for service basis, in which clients pay Benefits Unlimited Consulting directly. 


    We owe clients a duty of care under common law and exercise competence in understanding plan design, suitability, legal implications, and potential impacts for employees and employers. This includes ensuring recommendations are based on accurate and complete information and aligned with client needs. 


    We are committed to providing independent, objective advice - and any potential or actual conflict of interest will be disclosed in writing and will seek informed consent before proceeding with any work or service.

    These questions will help any employer distinguish between a “plan seller” and a true benefits advisor who adds strategic value.
